Our Mission is...

...to promote and encourage the performing arts in Mills County, Iowa, and to organize and produce dramatic plays or other performances in Mills County, Iowa, or in any adjacent county.
The purpose shall be non-profit, educational, civic and social, to provide interested persons with an outlet for their interest in the theater; to educate others in the art and work of the theater."
Bye Bye Birdie opens March 2 at the Barton Theater in Glenwood, Iowa,
marking the first time the Mills Masquers have staged this show. Set in
1958, Birdie was written as a satire on American society. The original
Broadway production was a Tony Award-winning success, launching countless
community theater and school productions. Birdie is directed by Craig
Florian, produced by Connie Allan and features Mike Lynes, Nanci Vieyra and
Lois Pitchfork. It will be staged weekends March 2-11. Sunday shows are 2:00
p.m. matinees; all others are 7:30 p.m. curtains.
